Can't wait for this! Interesting that they didn't do an unrated cut like they did with the Friday the 13th remake, which added a little more blood and brutality, that sucks. But oh well, day one purchase non the less.

Since that's how they did it with F13. Release the first two sequels with the remake.
Bat-Mite: "Batman's rich history allows him to be interpreted in a multitude of ways. To be sure, this is a lighter incarnation, but is certainly no less valid and true to the character's roots then the tortured avenger, crying out for mommy and daddy."
Batman: The Brave & The Bold - Legend of the Dark Mite. |

I missed this in theaters, so I'll check it out. Looks like a decent remake.

It really wasn't. I had high hopes also. But it really has serious problems.

Day...one...purchase. Boo for no sequels though. I would've loved to have picked up 2 and 3.

I love the white lettering on the US disc artwork, really stands out. But come on warner's!!! whats with the crap special features?? I'm sure there are a hell of a lot more bonus stuff that the alternate opening/ending and a deleted scene??

Day one purchase.... I'm gettin that Fa Sho! I saw it when it was first released and I surprisingly liked it. I'm a huge fan of the whole NOES series, and was very critical about a remake.

It's different from the original. For me, I like them equally. The original is the original. It'll never be replaced. But this remake does a few things I wish the original had.
But, I do think this remake is better than all the sequels except New Nightmare. |
