A few weeks ago I noticed that the first link in the price tracker e-mail is wrong. Example: I got this e-mail six and a half hours ago:
Quote:
I love music: http://www.setlist.fm/user/are1981 (around 95% complete) What is 'BR'? If you're talking about 'Blu-ray Disc', you should use 'BD'. But, considering Blu-ray Disc Association (BDA) don't know how to spell, who could blame anyone for using an erroneous initialism for said company's trademark. |

The first link above does not contain "Amazon.com", but does in the e-mail I recieved.

This is a parse error in your e-mail program... what e-mail program are you using?
Edit: I added a dummy space " " to the end of the link, which should break the link parsing in your e-mail program and thus fix the problem. Thanks for reporting Last edited by iceman; 10-15-2010 at 07:57 AM. |

It appears that blu-ray.com has a different version (?) of THE LION THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE than Amazon because the price being tracked doesn't match and it actually says "Listed on Amazon marketplace" as if it's out of stock. But an in-stock version appears when searching on Amazon. Though that version does not come up in a search at blu-ray.com.

Alright, this appears to be happening again with THE BRIDGE ON THE RIVER KWAI:

I just noticed a movie (hard candy) in my price tracked was highlighted, but was $7 more than I had it selected. When I clicked on the movie, its price is within my range at Best Buy, but not amazon. I'm not sure if their is any easier way for me to have found that out without clicking on the movie. Maybe have both the amazon and best buy price charts, but then whats stopping Joe Smoe for asking the same of any other website. I also don't remember getting any email, but as it looks, that price has been cheaper on Best Buy for a while. I'm not sure on a solution, but I wanted to my 2 cents........Keep up the good work!
I've got nothin.........
