You have a truly amazing HT, but you don't need me to tell you that!

I enjoyed reading the build of it on AVS also..... very nicely done.

Not interested in renting. But I am interested in being adopted.

I am a nice young man, 35 years old. Don't mind helping out with chores around the house, such as shelving new Blu-rays. I don't eat much and can survive on the occasional beer. I have already finished college so you don't have to worry about those expenses. And I am married, so no wedding to help pay for. I think from a financial point of view, I'd make a great son. And my wife is going to have a child in the new year, so you will be a grandfather. You will have a great opportunity to watch all the Pixar movies.

I generally don't like the "dedicated" home theather. My preference falls towards the multi-purpose family room/home theater within the integrity/decor of the house. I haven't seen to many setups that I would trade my room for, but this is one of them.

The room is tastefully done. The equipment is impressive and blends into the room. I don't think of one thing that I would improve.

I put a few more photos up in my gallery but nothing new - just the hidden door and entry hallway shots.

The only piece to put up now would be photos of the bathroom, but I want to remodel that room as well to bring it up to the level of quality I have in the rest of the theater, as well as evict the family of gypsies that hide in there and rack up hours on my projector when I am not home and probably hide under the sink when I am in the theater.

I know they are there. It simply isn't possible that I have personally eaten that much candy from my snack bar. It is either them or that Tyler Durden fella.

Well, this one is not in your house either, but it is one I did at the request of a person who I now consider a good friend.

I have some better pictures somewhere, but I cannot find them here. I must have them on another computer or a flash card or jump drive somewhere.

Thanks. Good or bad, it will be busy. My best friend and second best friend both want BluRay media servers but cannot afford Kaleidescape systems and as their tech consultant, it is falling largely on me. I am a glutton for punishment, I guess.

Well, there is one of the problems. I too am married with 2 daughters, so if I was to take on a son, I would have to live vicariously through him but as we can see, you are already past the point of where I want to live vicariously.

I am thinking that if I were to adopt, it would either be a child that my wife wouldn't want to look after, requiring the hiring of a totally hot nanny such as:

If I were to adopt an adult child, I am thinking more of something like a female college cheerleader who likes to throw slumber parties or maybe Lindsay Lohan or Britney Spears. Lord knows they could use a nice father figure role model in their lives.

I'm only 20, so you could still live (somewhat) vicariously through me. I would also have no complaints about the hiring of such a nanny.

Mr. Pointdexter....as a fatrher myself of a 5 yr old daughter and a 17 month old son, that based on the looks of your HT, that the only thing missing in your life right now would be a son and a hot nanny....and it wouldn't necessarily have to be in that order either. Boys really are easier to raise, I can easily see it between the 2 as my son gets older.
