Same. Took my time, hit level 30 one loyalty mission before the IFF mission, which finished the last trophy (Power Gamer) for the N7 Elite trophy.

Not too bad really. The collectors missions are the toughest I would say, horizon, collectors ship/base, those damn floating platform were a pain

So would you say that if you managed Horizon, you should be able to manage the rest? That was really hard, and I don't want to feel scared from here on out.

The Collectors were okay, but the Praetorians (the ones with regenerable shields and overly ridiculous firepower) are a HUGE pain in the ass. Congrats on the plat, man.

Praetorians are easy peasy.

And if anyone ever wondered, Sentinel IS the best. I just cleared the IFF mission on Insanity with 0 deaths. I must have died dozens of times on Soldier due to getting swarmed.

Horizon isn't the hardest mission. It's hard, but not the hardest. You have another mission coming up in 5 missions that's harder, and IFF and the final mission are both harder as well. Not a lot harder, but harder.

Is it suggested to either go straight Renegade or straight Paragon? My friend said I should just pick one or the other if I'm going for trophies. While I would like to go for trophies, I just want to experience the game my first time without really going off that. I just want to play as I go and choose how I really would.

I would suggest to play the game however you want the first time around and then do whatever you need to do to get the trophies the 2nd time around.

I don't know why people are having so much trouble with this paragon/renegade thing. I have had no trouble getting loyalties of any of my crew playing the game the way I wanted.

Keep in mind, some of the loyalties missions, the longer you wait, the higher your paragon/renegade pts needs to be.

That's what I was going for. I'm not having trouble with anything, I was just asking because my friend said I should choose one to save myself a playthrough. I just wanted to play my own way first and see how it goes. I really don't know much about it yet but I'm just playing as I go and we'll see where it takes me.

Yea, you'll really enjoy this game so play it the way you want. Your second playthrough will be what counts anyways if you plan on transferring a level 30 character to ME3.

Cool, I'm getting more excited to play. I went with Adept my first playthrough so I could try out the Biotics. I think I'll go with Infiltrator next.

Sadly I skipped downloading the Cerebrus network because I was short on time so I missed the comic I'll play it my next playthrough.

Adept is going to take some practice. Out of all the classes, this is my favorite. Here's some tips on biotic powers.
[Show spoiler] Biotic powers curve, so don't put the crosshairs directly in front of the enemy. Put the crosshairs left, right above the enemy..whichever direction you want it to curve to. This is great for taking out enemies in cover. Pull/Throw combo works great. Use pull to get them out of cover and then use throw to fling them. Once you max these out, you can start flinging enemies into space. lol. Warp is probably your most useful power. It combo's with any of your other biotic powers doing more damage.

I would go back to download the cerebrus network. The default settings take out characters that you might want to see, and you'll see some characters and not who they are.

Cool. I'm still getting used to what each power does and how to use it. Singularity has been useful so far. Still trying to figure out the rest of the moves and what they do. Thanks for the tip.

Well I don't want to start the game over again because that would an hour wasted. I can do it on my next playthrough. I wish I would of known it had the comic on there, then I would of downloaded it. I barely have time to play as it is and I just didn't want to wait

here's the adept video to give you an idea how the powers work.

I would still download the network if i were you. I believe Zaeed is in that download.

You still think I should download it if I have to start over? I'm going to do it next playthrough so I won't miss it, I'll just play it later. I want to play it, I just don't want to start all over again. I had it set to download in the background. Thanks, I'll check out the video.

I just did the mission with
[Show spoiler]Gerrus/Archangel
and I'm back on the ship now. So you have an idea where I'm at.

You can still download it and not start over. That way you still get everything except for the comic.
