Anyone recently order these ones? Did they arrive with slips?

The Wall-E was the 2 disc BD set but I requested the BD/DVD combo. The new BD/DVD combo comes with a slip and yeah the 3 disc did as well. I joined once before and all came with slips but this time it didn't work out quite as well. They also told me they didn't have A Bug's Life but I'm fairly certain they just weren't sure what they were doing. It took 3 calls to order Toy Story 3D as the commitment because the first two reps said they didn't carry it.

Tron and Tron Legacy did.

Tron, Tron Legacy and Fox and the Hound did (though I did the one in the collectors tin). Bolt did not.

Does this mean you could just get all your Disney slips through this?

I just recently received that same e-mail pertaining to "Replacement O-Sleeves (Slipcovers)" from the
Walt Disney Home Entertainment Consumer Relations Department... WOW that was a long titles... Anyway,
and I have some GOOD NEWS... they did happen to give me, per the e-mail I received, and after I wrote a
letter and check to them in return, two Slipcovers

Although I had originally paid for three, and from the letter I received with the two Slipcovers,
I have to CALL THEM BACK, probably in regards to the 3rd Slipcover I didn't receive. So, here are some
photos I've taken of what my initial Disney Movie Club purchased looked like... and after, the two slipcovers
I received along with the movies I purchase prior.

My Initial Disney Movie Club Sign-Up Offer (7 Titles)

If you notice, Bolt, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, and The Chronicles of Narnia : Prince Caspin
were the only three that didn't come with an O-Sleeve (slipcover).

Always had to call when I've cancelled before. It's been about 2 years so it may be time to re-up for another tour of duty.

I'm using this to do some Christmas shopping and I have a few people who want Fox and the Hound. When I signed up, they only let me add 2 of them to my initial order and said that I could only order 2 of any title. Can I order 2 more as my commitment titles or will those not count as commitments because I already ordered 2?

I place an order about 6 months ago over the phone with a couple of 3D titles in the mix. Has anyone had any luck recently with adding like 4 3D titles while making a phone order? Or does anyone think it might work over the phone with so many different 3D titles? Thanks

So disappointing....

This is my second membership and I just received my initial order, BUT... Two movies were missing. I ordered the Bolt plush so everything would come in a box, but when it arrived the tape seal of the box had been cut and only two movies of the seven were missing. The others were all in there, sealed and in perfect condition which leads me to believe someone must have opened it and taken them out in transit.

The last time I had a membership they forgot one movie in my initial order, but they replaced it immediately! That time eveything arrived in a sealed envelope, and the rep I spoke to told me that had been happening a lot lately.

DMC customer service is great and offered to replace it, but I feel bad that this has happened to me twice. And judging from a couple of comments on this page, it's happening to other people too?

I'm just surprised that such a large company has these problems with quality control.

Wow. Guess I'm not the only one with problems recently.

I had returned/exchanged A Bug's Life because they sent me the one with DC instead of the DVD. Finally after over two weeks I received it back but when I opened the package, I'm staring at a PotC 1 DVD. No idea how such a big mistake was made. =/
