Count me in. I never saw this posted so thank you. What exactly is this though? The story of the albums or the albums themselves in high quality sound?

Awesome!!!! Rush 2112 album when it came out was the staple of the Long Haired Freaks I was a big part of my senior year in high school back in the good old days. I hope the audio format is PCM 24 bit. DTS-MASTER AUDIO will be nice but Rock responds much better to PCM 16 or 24 bit. Cannot wait.

You all realize that this is an episode of the series "Classic Albums" and not the audio of those two actual albums, right?

I got all excited until I realized it myself.

Still, that's a great series. I've watched the episodes of The Doors' first album and Zappa's Apostrophe/Overnight Sensation on Netflix streaming. Great stuff.

"Rush: 2112 + Moving Pictures Classic Albums comes with a solid 1080i/60 AVC/MPEG-4 high definition encoding. Archival footage is, obviously, not of the same quality as the new, HD-recorded material, but the HD footage is sharp, lacking in video noise, and lifelike."

Picked up the blu at Borders (using 50% off coupon) Just watched it, it was great documentary, with only one major dissapointment, THEY NEVER MENTIONED ANY of the 2nd side of Moving Pictures (I love that side of the album as well, especially "The Camera Eye")

I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

I believe it is just uncompressed audio / surround audio 5.1 etc.
