I think this is his worst film next to Alien 3. The ending is awful.

This is the Fincher movie I most want. Maybe I'll be able to get rid of that darned flipper disc. Hopefully America will be getting it this year.

Let's hope that they carry over the extras from the R2 DVD.

Criterion hinted earlier in the year that they might be releasing it (in which case I figure all the extras from their laserdisc version would be ported over)... not a word since, though, about it.

It will undoubtedly be a port of the HD-DVD given Universal's habit of doing that.

The Universal BD will probably be from the same transfer as the HD DVD, but encoded with better compression specifications.

Yes I remember some word of mouth from Criterion about them releasing it also. This film has been begging for a proper DVD / and now hopefully HD edition for sure.

I actually really like the film a lot.

I didn't hear that rumor..that would be awesome if Criterion gave The Game some love..
