Default Subspecies inquirey

Ok, with all the Halloween polls, and Vampire polls I'd like to bring up one of my favorite Vampire series;

I'm a huge Vampire fan and I really enjoyed the filmed on location in Romania and the eastern European angle to the ageless story.

Now, does anybody know if/ when/ where I can get my hands on BluRay copy of the 4 Subspecies series?

If only DVD exists, does anybody have them and know what kind of upscaled PQ you get on BluRay player if I had to 'settle'?
Sony Bravia KDL-52XBR (120Hz)
LG BluRay BD390
Bose CineMate Digital Home Theater System

Beautiful Pacific Northwest

they're not on blu-ray at this time-- you may be waiting a very loonnnggg
time for that since we haven't even seen any Universal horror flicks yet or Hammer films (though finally Vampire Circus will be the first this December!)

I haven't seen the dvd quality of this series but I remember reading that the releases were "fair" and nothing more-- typical straight to video full frame release...

if you're a huge fan then you might want to buy the set--- but anythings possible as far as movies being announced to blu ray that you would never expect!
