Didn't see it in theater, but I'm sure there are a ton of explosions, and plenty of gunfire. So I'll be pissing off the neighbors with this one.

Sly has said on Twitter that he's been in the editing room working on it recently. We'll probably get the theatrical cut first, then Sly's cut next year.

hopefully we'll get both TC & DC on one disc! at a healthy 105min, I cant imagine this flick being much longer than it already is. if there is a DC on Blu, it'll probly just add back extra blood and bullet hits. or something like that.

. I'm pretty sure we will get the theatrical and director's cut on the same release. I remember reading that Stallone came to them with the idea of the Rambo extended cut, but at that point it was to late to include it. In that interview it was mentioned that The Expendables will contain both versions on the home video release.

I think this will likely be just a theatrical cut. Sly said just a few weeks out that the directors cut would be out in 6 months. So unless this is a mistake and this is actually the documentary on the film. Which he said would be coming out soon, I guess this will be the theater cut. Renting instead.

Plus, I bet there is a good chunk of added footage when they return to the island with everyone. Since that whole sequence seemed odd.

awesome news... however Sly did say its going to take 6 months to finish the directors cut.. so it looks like ill be double dipping on this one

...then the new extended edited unrated never-seen-before edition in summer 2011.

Will the DC better have alot of footage in it or I will not be buying it. I don't understand why we just can't get it all at once and I seen that this is going to be released under WB so I bet they will screw up the Audio and Video

It is a Lionsgate release, not a WB release.
