Legends of The Expendables 2-packs, slipcover or new cover?

I was looking at covers for the new Double Packs that Lionsgate is releaseing on 11-23 and wondered if these were gonna have the Legends (with The Expendables logo) banner on an actual cover or if it's just a slipcover with the existing blu's under it?

They could have slipcovers or they could be those half assed job slipcovers. You know, the ones with just the face of the slip glued to the package.

I need a few of the films so I guess I will just order up the Crank & Rambo sets and see how they are packaged. I need the blu-ray's either way so it wont be no loss and $15 is a good price for 2 blu's

i think my walmart already has these out.
2 pack is misleading. its only one case.
i saw rambo 2 and 3 in one case
rambo one and 4 in one case
and a whole bunch of others. they had a cool skull with wings at the top of the case. they're the same ones on walmart.com
no slipcovers and judging by the weight i'd say flipper discs. i hope im wrong though

How much were they in store? Thanks for letting me know that it is an actual cover. Did you happen to see how the spine is layed out? I will probally buy them all to put next to The Expendables

no prices were up, but i heard in the 12 dollar range (17 online). the cover had the original two covers sgueezed on the front with the winged skull on top. the spine just had the two titles, maybe more. go to walmart.com and you can see the covers. again, judging by the weight, i'm predicting flipper disc. Noooo! if they are 10 dollars though, im in.

Thanks. I checked my wal-mart and nothing yet but the release date isnt until 11-23 so I will look around then. I will probally pick all 10 2 packs up and store them next to The Expendables.

I wish Blu-Ray.com would list these as The Expendable Legends Collection: then the title of the movies so they would be next to The Expendable in a collection database

they were probably just doing a mock up for the display. im sure if i go back 2day, theyll be gone. anyway flipper or not if its $10 im in

just picked up rambo 1 and 4 for $10.60. i like that they kept 1 and 4 together and 2 and 3 together. cant beat 5 bucks per disc no matter how ugly the cover (i don't really mind it).

I can confirm that it is 2 discs in one case.

I may pick up T2 (theatrical) and Total Recall, for $10 it's worth it even if the transfers aren't that great, I lost my VHS copies years ago. I'm glad they are 2 discs, makes me more comfortable picking it up, I just don't like 2 films on one disc for some odd reason.

Hopefully my Wal-Mart gets these in with The Expendables. i already own 3 of the films featured but I dont own 2 of any of the packs so I wont be rebuying 2 film that i already own for just a cover since at least 1 of the films will be new

no it just says legends 2 pack
no logo
i got it for 10 dollars at my walmart in idaho. its a supercenter walmart though. they also had all the early batmans for 10 bucks as well. a whole new display of 10 dollar blus. im trying to resist but i have none of the first batmans.

How did you manage to pick those up? On Wal-Mart site it has it, but until the 23rd. Its also only $10 not $10.60.

the .60 is the tax. although thats a lot of tax. anyway thats what it cost: $10.60
walked into the walmart in caldwell , idaho and there they were. bought all 4 rambo movies in the two cases. actually like 3 better than 2.
anyway, a screamin deal.
i already have them posted in my collection. man i love this site.

Walmart in Pa has had them out all week at $10. They have the original Clash of the Titans, Batman (1989), and The day the Earth Stood Still remake for 10also in the same display.

that's actually a really low tax. that's only 6%, we've got 9.1% tax here so they come out to $10.91

and no they aren't slips, it's a new cover

Finally found these tonight. I picked up 3 of the 8 that they had, I will go back later and pick up the other 5 along with Batman, FF Silver Surfer, Elektra and The Stranger. My tax is 8.6% so 60 cents is a steal lol

Did anyone see all 10 at any store? I only seen 8 of the 10 packs? Missing were the 2-packs of

Just picked up my 2 pack of Rambo from wal-mart. I know it has the theatrical verison. But does anyone know if there is anything cut on this version from the original a few yrs ago? By that I mean is it still violent and gory or is some of that taken out becuase its a 2 pack and being sold at wal-mart?

Actually right now they are even cheaper than that they are only 10.99 each
