Yeah...but they would've at least touched up some of the games with online multiplayer.

already have the disc. It is $20 or less at most places.

It doesn't include many of the great Genesis games but understandable as a ton of the greats aren't made by Sega.

I want Thunder Force II, Ghoulds N Ghost, Herzog Zwei and a bunch of others..

This doesn't bode well. With all of the brilliant Mega Drive games available we're being made to wait till August just to get a handful of games already available on BD.

I doubt trophies will be included.

Wouldn't have hurt. But for free, I'll take them. Now if they release the 6 Arcade Games available on the disc on the PSN, I am giving my Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for free!

All I really want is the arcade Shinobi and I've been tempted to pick up the collection just for that. I would be one happy camper if they put that on PSN.

I think I would rather have Revenge of Shinobi on PSN. I know about the whole Spiderman and Batman thing, but didn't they make a version that replaced those?

I beat it a couple weeks ago, and I had to cheat to do so (exploit the save/load feature). I just hate it when a game take you back at the beginning of the level when you die.

Sonic is now available. It has the same menu as Gunstar Heroes.

I wonder what Sega's main objective is these days. I mean they 1st made this collection release of Sega Genesis titles for PS3 and 360. Then they helped make Hyperdimension Neptunia with having an ability to summon these Sega Genesis characters in battle, and now releasing that collection with seperating the games for PSN.

Gunstar Heroes had trophies (I got 100%). Does this?

I fear that SOR2's gold trophy might be 'Finish the game in Mania difficulty', which about 3 people have done since 1992.

Well this is a SEGA vintage collection game...which means you can save it on the fly and go back to where you last saved it. I don't think it'll be that big a deal.

Even on the Genesis it's not that hard. As long as you keep at least one ring, you're good to go.
