Nemo we know is definetly coming and Shark Tale will most likely see a future release. I agree this movie is not up to those standards but it is very colorful and mildly entertaining, young kids will enjoy this. I never complain when a DVD I have gets a Blu-ray release, even if its not the greatest of movies. I do think that the price of this movie should be $9.99 which I'm sure it will be in a few months.

Default upres?

My first reaction was upres, but it appears perhaps the backgrounds were rendered in HD while the characters were rendered in SD (I'd have to take a closer look to say for sure). The horizontal and vertical jagged lines, as typical on an upres, are even evident in the 720p screenshots from the review. Please have another look...

Default widescreen

BTW, this is the first time this film has been released in widescreen as far as I know. Even the included DVD version is 4x3. It's a step in the right direction, but ugh, the jagged lines...

Am I the only one to find it hilarious that on the home page for this animated children's movie, there's an other editions link to a movie of the same name about a great white shark picking off stranded divers on the Great Barrier Reef?
Top Ten Movies I Want to See on Blu-Ray (that aren't already coming): 10. Real Genius 9. Waking Ned Devine 8. Pee Wee's Big Adventure 7. The Muppet Movie 6. Murder on the Orient Express 5. Team America 4. Steel Magnolias 3. Victor/Victoria 2. Little Shop of Horrors 1. Hedwig & the Angry Inch

No, you aren't the only one. Hopefully no one buys the wrong version. The great white version might upset the little ones.
