That would be good news for me if it does happen. I like both of these Disney movies even if they are not very popular with most people

My avatar will Wait Until Dark for a Roman Holiday since this world as War & Peace and it would be fun to actually have Breakfast At Tiffany's with My Fair Lady http://letterboxd.com/pat_mtl/ |

I saw that post over at DVDizzy and hope it's true. Titles do seem to have a habit of "quietly" going OOP about a year before they are released on Blu-ray, so we shall see. A lot of people are speculating that we're going to get Pocahontas on Blu-ray this year for that very reason; the DVD went OOP last year. Who knows?
![]() I'm looking forward to any and all Disney classics on Blu-ray, but what I really want to see is more of the 90's films make their way to the format. Hercules and Tarzan are pretty high on my list, but I'd take them all! Visit my blog Ghibli Guide or follow me on Twitter for the latest Studio Ghibli news!

Oooh, non-musical animation from Disney. Robin Hood has always been one of my favorites.
I enjoy Mulan as well - despite the sometimes aggravating musical numbers. |

Definite buy on Robin Hood. Mulan when the price is right. Robin Hood is such an underrated masterpiece.

That sounds WAYYYY too wishful to be verified--
We know Disney was experimenting with Blu'ing C-orphans on Fox & the Hound because they likely were trying to see whether originals and vidquels could sell each other (as with the DVD re-releases). Robin Hood was 2-disk double-dipped to turn Gold editions into "Fun & games" editions, but that's no excuse for Blu. ...I call "Fanboy" until we get the studio press release. And that goes for Mulan, too. (Mulan, like Pocahontas and Lilo & Stitch, is one of the two or three "redeemed" '95-'05 titles that are now proven to have fan demand, and thus escape the "stigma" of the "Flop Years"....That one, I'd believe in a schedule trying to break out of Platinum-edition gridlock, but BOTH of them?) I thought Tangled was the best Disney animated feature "since" Mulan. Disney's features have been awfully forgettable for the past decade and a half.

I figure the price will be "right" for Mulan on release week. $25 on shelves with a $10 coupon to make it $15, which is just right for me.
