Maybe that explains the long shipping times and backorders as they try to find a new company

I also verified with CH rep that they have plenty of Spidey 1/2/3 in stock so that wasn't the issue - it was the way the payment was processed with the pre-order. Perhaps if it had been PP with a credit card or PP with bill me later the problem would not have happened, but with PP cash balance, it will happen that way with all pre-orders since CH doesn't claim the funds until they ship the item and PP releases the cash back to the account after 72 hours.

BS I ordered Spider-Man 1 & 2 as well,along with Sherlock Holmes,Ghost Rider,Monster Brawl,and Superman vs the Elite,and none have shipped,and I was charged for them,no longer "pending" but as transaction,and I used my actual physical Debit Card,so Paypal isn't the issue,and if they were in stock then they should have shipped.,and if the reason this stuff has been happening is because of the StreamLite thing,they should tell people that.

Now all my movies from this week are going back to ship mode except Superman Vs The Elite. That shows backordered until 6/22. So it seems they suddenly found a way to fix the "PayPal issue". As far as Superman being backordered, isn't preordering what you do to prevent having to wait for more stock or face a sell out? Apparently not with CH, and if they had plenty of the Spider Man movies in stock, they should have already shipped. If there was an issue because of streamlite, they should have let us know. It's funny though how they are shooting themselves in the foot offering $4.99 flat rate shipping, and then having to send me two packages since they can't keep up with preorders enough to have stock.

Well, all of mine shipped today after I fixed the PP issue and the lady on the phone checked the inventory system and gave me an inventory number for each, but whatever...

And before you ask, yes, they have a date next to the word shipped - it says 6/14

I love DC's! I have well over 300 redeemed in my personal collection & I add more every week. I also like to buy/trade them because it's fun for me. Sort of a quirky little hobby I guess, but I get a lot of stuff I want for my own collection through trading with various people.
