I understand there's something going on with the shipments, but I did order a month ago.

Blade, Blade: Trinity and Jeff, Who Lives At Home have moved to "Shipped" status. Hondo is still backordered... might have to buy it while it's on sale at BB just in case it gets cancelled.

Yeah Same here, Blade,Wanderlust,& Superman vs The Elite were shipped,but NOT Blade:Trinity,while others are reporting Blade:Trinity shipped,and not Blade. Weird.

my spiderman 2 and 3 now say shipped, but no date.

also, my account balance went up 19.00 from yesterday which is the amount of the 3 of them combined from the sale

so to make sure i'm not missing anything, the presale items never go into the balance until they're set to ship right? so i can expect when my wrath, 21 jump street, and the artist ship, my balance will increase again? feels like i'm paying double for some of these

Correct

Got to billing statement on the left side and you can see line by line every movie you have pending and what the charge was for your current balance.

im glad i did that as i see that i am still double billed for a correction when they sent me the wrong copy of streetcar named desire. just dropped them an email and hope to have it resolved by the end of the week

I saw in the Blade thread where a member said Blade was their full price movie during the 70% sale. They had Blade shipped and Blade Trinity backordered, whereas I'm supposed to get Blade free and Blade Trinith at a discount and I have Trinity shipped and Blade backordered. I'd be interested to know from other members what date(s) they ordered the Blade movies, and what the current status is.

I had 3 copies of Blade and 3 copies of Blade Trinity ship. all were the 70% off ones (MIB II was my full priced one and that shipped weeks ago)

See, this is what I don't understand. I'm glad you got your copies shipped and I don't have any grudge against you of course, but if I ordered my one copy of Blade before the 70% sale, how is it they shipped you three copies and my one is backordered? They have some serious issues in regards to order fullfilment, I think it's time for an email.

honestly I think they just slap them in boxes till they run out, they don't fulfill them in order of date. I've had multiple titles get backordered when people order after me are posting in this thread how they got them delivered while mine is still on order

. I may like the deals I can get at CH but I fully admit that they are incompetent in their service
