If you bought a "review copy", keep it to yourself, because that's the property of the studio, and essentially stolen. That's not being sent to critics, but industry.
There are many 3D discs, including Nightmare Before Christmas that have been done but not released as internal tests and such. Walden Media controls the direction of the franchise, and I'm sure they were looking for an exclusivity deal, which obviously didn't work out. Personally I'm glad they're doing Magician's Nephew next. It should be relatively inexpensive, and it's the one I wanted to see filmed. I wish also they would realize that they're getting huge cost overruns by adding 45 minutes of made up crap and unnecessary changes to the books. Dawn Treader would have been 20-25 million cheaper easy, and Caspian at least that if not more. The books are pretty tight |

I originally though 'fake' because I wasnt sure any of my existing discs had the 3D logo on the case, as well as the top band, as well as in the title of the movie. 3 places seems a bit overkill. But then I checked my discs and the Last Airbender release is this same way. Perhaps this release will pop up as an exclusive somewhere as well? Did anyone else find any other covers that have all three?
I really hope the release is real and we all get copies soon! |

This 3D Blu-Ray has just been announced as a Sony exclusive in France, bundled with the BR player BDP-S480. The visual of the cover seems to be different from what victors posted back in this thread.

Looks interesting, Any pictures of the disc Victors?
Surely to be a bootleg it would have needed to have been shown somewhere other than the cinemas in 3D? Unless as has been stated it is a copy of the review version I know Sky are showing it as of the 16TH, Perhaps someone got a rip of it ahead of time and burned it to a disc... Is it side by side format? Lasting Legacy: She Was Fearless And Loved Us And Cared About Us So Much And She Never Gave Up On Her Dreams And Never Gave Up On Us - Lady Gaga Craig's Sale/Trade Topic

I just found one copy on eBay, it looks legitimate so I purchased it. They wanted $24 + $12 for shipping so $36 in total. If this one is the real deal then I'll be happy, if it's a rip off then I'll be pretty pissed but since it's only $36 then I won't be that mad oppose to avatar which is going for $100+ on eBay. But it says on the cover blu-ray 3D as well as the disc and they took screen shots of the movie when played where there are options of 2D and 3D modes. So if this is the real deal, does anyone know how many copy's are out there? Would you say 50 or 100 or 1000? Does anyone have an idea?

I would be careful on making sure it is real. I know at another website don't know if i can say it but they are selling clear copies of it with case and everything for $25 shipped. So if it is real for $36 you got a steal.

Fingers crossed, although it looks real but with the way technology is these days, they can probably make it look like the real deal mean while i actually bought a fake copy :s

The same seller on ebay sold 2 copies.
This one looks like it was a copy made from the seller's other copy . . . ![]() This one shown here which is in color and shows what the disc looks like. ![]() ![]() However, the colored copy was listed as Region Free and both are different from the one shown here, sold in France as a Sony Exclusive. ![]() Either way I guess this means it will be released in retail sooner or later.
