While I for one am glad it's coming out, my daughter will be super happy, I have never seen it before. However, be prepared as it's gonna get testy in here pretty quick.

Found a trailer, not sure whether or not this is the one that is on the Bambi blu-ray b/c its the UK version so the date is wrong (we don't have a date) , but here's a trailer

, and yea i haven't seen the movie either, i know i will be getting it though.

I saw it once on DVD, not sure if I'd get the Blu-ray. I don't generally like the Disney direct-to-video sequels, but we'll see. I won't be able to keep them completely out of my collection, seeing as though The Fox and the Hound 2 is coming packaged with The Fox and the Hound later this year.

Are those the US covers, Snowmaker? Is the Blu-ray just a single BD disc or a BD/DVD combo?

Being in the UK, I already own this and hadn't seen it since I bought the Blu-ray, but I have to say it's certainly one of the best, if not the best direct-to-video sequel Disney have done. It feels more meaningful than other sequels and having Patrick Stewart as the Great Prince is brilliant, and the PQ is beautiful too.

I assume it will be a combo like the international versions. I just posted the general cover image because one was not posted yet.

Yeah, I was planning to avoid Disney's DTV sequels from my collection, The Fox and the Hound is going to ruin that >_> *prays for single releases*

And btw, this came out the same day as Bambi here in Mexico.

There may be indications that it will be released but I don't think Disney has formally/officially announced a release in the US. However, anyone can suggest movie be added to the site. Under any existing title you'll find a "Suggest a new movie" link.

I remember seeing posters for this at the German movie theater I went too. This actually went theatrical in Germany. It's also out on Blu-ray in Germany and there's a box with both films.

Thanks a ton, i'll have 2 try 2 do that, and it kinda was announced, i mean it was a trailer on the 1st movie for bluray/dvd

Similar thing happened with Dumbo which supposedly was going to be released in Feb 2010. That date came and went and it's still not released in the US or CA although the rest of Europe and Mexico got a release last year.

yea, thats true, but i'm pretty sure its this or next year, cuz Bambi will prolly go OOP by end of next year. hopefully it comes out in like may june or july?

Might as well prepare for a Disney sequels argument to start in here.

I really wonder what kind of price this will end up at. I paid $12.99 (after amazon $10 coupon) for the first one on Blu and I definitely can't see myself paying more than that for this one.
