I went to Amazon to buy it and they have non in stock?

Yeah, Disney had it, now it belongs to Echo Bridge.

yup which means you should get your hands on a Disney copy and STAY AWAY from Echo Bridge. I got my copy about a month ago from Amazon Marketplace.

This was one of the earliest Blu-ray to be release by Disney, I doubt even Echo Bridge will release it..

They already did, as a double feature with The Yards.

Ugh. Double feature.

I'll stick with Amazon Marketplace since it seems pretty cheap for a new copy.

Is there any other titles that Disney has released on Blu-ray that have lost the rights to Echo Bridge?

Almost all of them went to Lionsgate.

Didn't even know it was already release by Echo Bridge but OP you still want the Disney version.

It's not so bad if it is on a BD-50. However, EB uses BD-25s.

Well, I'm glad that I've got the original Walt Disney release, before Echo Bridge got their hands on it. Beside it's a good movie, and the A/V quality is excellent. If anyone is fortunate to find the Walt Disney release- GRAB IT!

What Amazon did you go to because, I've just check, and they have it in stock from a few of their third party sellers, starting at $7.48. and up. I've purchased many blu-rays from third party seller, and most likely they are reliable. All you have to do is look at their feedback.

I ordered it from one at that price and they canceled the order. I just went on Amazon now and they had a new one in stock through them (not marketplace) so I snatched it up.

Thank you for this info. I ordered the echo bridge version through Best Buy only to get the run around this morning,

about not being able to pick it up at the store and the 20+ minute wait time through the 800 number. After loosing signal twice I just canceled it and ordered the Buena Vista version through Amazon.

That's too bad. Glad I got my copy some time ago. I'll definitely be hanging on to the Disney release.
