I still have to go see this. I've got 3 tickets laying around, but I will most likely pick it up unless I find it horrible.

This will be the first Pixar movie that I don't add to my collection. I already have the 'Cars Toon: Mater's Tall Tales' Blu-ray and 'Cars 2' is just a really long Mater's Tall Tale. I was very disappointed with the movie.

I believe 'Cars Toon: Mater's Tall Tales' are just a bunch of Mater shorts. It was never meant to be a complete movie. Cars 2 is a full length animated movie preceded by a Toy Story animated short.

The movie was enjoyable and is in line with all the other Pixar releases in spite of being a little slanted as a political message movie.

I wouldn't say this one was in line with the other Pixar movies.

The question is will Finding Nemo be released along with Cars 2?

Ha ha ha! What a story Mark!

It's still a quality movie that will be a guaranteed day one purchase with the inevitable Disney/Amazon coupon.

That is because the screenwriting is weak just like the original

Didn't bother to see it in theaters, but this will be a day 1 purchase though to keep my Pixar collection up to date. I'm hoping BB has a SB for this one to go with the 1st one.

Only reason I care about this is for the possible (Very slim?) chance of Finding Nemo being released along side it.

I won't be buying this, it basically was a very long Mater's Tall Tales as another poster has said. Movie was OK but it still should have never been made, more money is good for Pixar I guess.

Still have one of my two free tickets left. Used the other one on Bad Teacher, which sucked. It's free, it's Pixar, it's Animation (which is my college major). So, what the hell. Might as well see it while it's still playing, right? I thought I'd hate the first one, but I liked it. Can't be much worse...

I guess I'm in the minority again. I only own UP. Not impressed in the slightest bit about anything to do with this one.

Well, I like both "Cars" movies, and I'd really love to see a Blu-Ray 2-pack released...but no solo Blu for the second one?! What is Disney thinking? Most people upgrade to Blu, in order to ditch the DVD format. That's why I've been trying to grab the original release of the first one, because I have no use for the second disc. Plus, all the "Blu 3D" crap is a marketing gimmick, anyway.

I saw Cars 2 last week and I enjoyed it. I had a free ticket from The Incredibles Blu-ray, so seeing it for free definitely helped. I also had extremely low expectations since it was completely trashed, which might have also been a factor LOL.

And like others have said, I'm more excited for a Finding Nemo Blu-ray release. The DVD of Nemo was really good, I can't even imagine how amazing it will look in HD. November is the perfect time because it's holiday shopping time, DISNEY BETTER RELEASE NEMO TO BD ALONGSIDE CARS 2!!!!!!!!

I recieved $30.00 US dollars (whilch I always recieve to see a film), spent $9.75 US for a ticket and $4.65 US for a large soda, so I made $19.60 US dollars for watching Cars 2 3D Matinee.

You should have asked for more money. I'm kidding, I have not seen it.

Found this movie very disappointing Massive fan of the first but this was purely aimed for kids & had no defining moments. Owen Wilson felt like more of a guest appearance too

Easily Pixar's worst film so it'll be a big skip for me

This was the worst Pixar movie in my opinion. The first movie most people didn't like either but it was more believable and I actually liked. Now the second one I couldn't wait to be over thinking, it gotta get better. I'm still going to get this on bluray with coupons just to have a complete pixar collection, but I doubt I'll watch anytime soon.
