^ Season One was around $24 during Black Friday; I think that's the lowest it's been so far.

Just glad Season Two is getting a BD release since Fox has a habit of not following though on subsequent TV seasons on BD.

The first season was a blind buy for me, and I thought it was hilarious. I'll definitely pick this up.

I got season one at best buy for $20 just a week or so ago.

I'm glad this is being released. When the DVD only was announced three months ago, I figured this was yet another TV on BD abandoned by Fox.

It really depends on the audience and price. Modern Family started off cheap but some other shows like White Collar barely ever dropped. A lot more people blind bought MF during Lightning Deals/sales also. Plus it's more popular than some of the shows that released one season then stopped

Great show, Season 2 was on par if not better than season 1. Will pick this up when it comes out on BD if it is at a reasonable price.

Awesome (: Picked up Season one for $23.99 on Black Friday last year, I was still going to buy it anyways (was around $32), but I was really pleased to see it go on sale.

The announcement you linked is for the UK release. This one:

The UK release is indeed set to arrive in UK shops on September 5th.

The U.S. release, this one:

...is set for September 20th, as we have it listed on the site. As does Amazon

(You should be able to tell right away, if you look at the little flag each news post has at the bottom, next to [My country settings]. The one you linked has the UK flag).
