DVDEmpire has a new listing for the 1970 Scrooge coming to BD from Paramount on October 11th...I hope both are coming that day and that Scrooged isn't just a mistake....

I watched the HD version of Scrooged on AMC (several times) this past December, and it looked phenomenal. Will definitely be picking this one up!

So, October 11 is the date? Can't wait. Now of my favourite modern Christmas film, only Santa Clause 1 is missing (c'mon Disney, start releasing your live action catalog! And this could be one of your first 90s ones).

Did they fight? Of course, Bill has a bit of a reputation for being difficult.

Yeah, there are some great stories about the two of them. I absolutely love Donner so it really irritates me how much Murray took over.
