The only good news in an otherwise dreadful conference. Watch SCEA block the U.S. version since it's not a collection.

Did they by any chance announce if it was FFX international or just "regular"?

I never did get to fight the Dark Aeons or Penance, so would really like to try those fights.

Assuming it actually comes out in English that is.

Enjoyed this game when I eventually got into it (played it after XII), though barely touched the Blitzball part as it was rubbish . Never finished X-2 as I got bored of it!

This was the 1st Final Fantasy game I ever played since I didn't even know the series existed until a friend of mine let me borrow his copy of FFX because he knew I liked JRPGs a lot. Of course I did give back his copy of the game since I was only borrowing it, and haven't played this game since.

I hope they actually remake it, rather than just upscale it and smooth it like the classic HD collections.

day one purchase. My favorite Final Fantasy.
but please don't pull a Silent Hill and change the voices. I love the original voices. Even the disturbing "HA HA HA" part is endearing due to nostalgia.

What's so disturbing about that scene? Two clearly worn out people were sharing a touching moment that helped both of them carry on a bit easier.
RIP Navster, you were someone I considered a friend and BD.com will always remember you.

Awesome news....FFX was the last FF to use summons properly IMO, and strangely I loved playing blitzball (watching the animation for the Jecht shot never got old lol). They were perfect here, as opposed to 12 and whatever you transform into in 13.

Because the voice acting is so terrible?

I wonder what the pricing will be. So far the most any individual HD remake has been is $20 a game. If this is a standalone release, I dont see them doing that. I hope they make it at most $30, but I think they might go for $40
