Seriously though, to upload videos you have to go into cinema mode(under the community section) and then record the clip you want to show. Then once you've done that you'll get the option to upload it to youtube or save it to your PS3.
Cinema mode only saves the last 15 or so games though, but you have the option of protecting games so they don't get deleted.

I don't think so... I mean, we played U2AT A LOT right when it first came out. We played almost every night back then, so I dunno what's up with us and U3. We must all actually have lives now... either that or we're too busy tending to our space dolphins.

I decided to Legacy and now it reminds me of life before the FAL. Lots and lots of deaths by other people using the FAL.

After about 10 p.m. on every day of the week other than Friday or Saturday, this game becomes no fun for me. Lots of laggy matches and the majority of the people on make a career out of playing this game online and all play together in groups of 5, so they don't ever have to worry about running into any real competition.

Weirdest thing happening to me, lately, I'm using the Quick Boom and grenades keep exploding in my hand. I hold down the left trigger and before I release, blows up in my hand. Weird stuff.

The sooner they patch the FAL the better. I also think they should patch quick boom as well. I use Quick Boom, but the fact that it remains active even after you die and respawn is a complete joke.

All "for a short time" kickbacks remain active after you die and respawn... so long as there is time left on it. It's completely legit for Quick Boom to do so as well.

Well they should change all of them then. I think there should always be an element of risk involved when activating your kickback. Still having it active after you die just seems a bit silly.

I feel the exact opposite on the matter. I think if I earn 10 medals to get an RPG, someone shouldn't be able to stealth kill me the moment I activate it and make me lose it. No other games that offer kill awards allow you to simply waste them.

The current way it's designed, you hold onto your kickbacks and don't use them immediately because you don't want to activate and lose them. Unfortunately, most of the time, when you try to activate them to use them at the most opportunistic moment, you get killed in the amount of time it takes to activate the kickback and lose them anyway.

I am a little "burnt out" on U3, only because for some reason it isn't as much "fun" as U2 was. Story-wise perhaps. Perhaps MP-wise.

I like having most all of the U2 MP skins, but...

Something about the "fun" factor, is different.

Let me know if any of you want to play tonight, and I'll be backing you up from THIS room!

I need to try that Quick Boom thing . Has anyone run into that Fer-Wiz guy? I've run into him several times and he's pretty good, but he's always alone. Which surprises me because most people like that would probably try to stick to high leveled groups. Though he always seems to do plunder which I guess attributes to his high K/D ratio since I've also noticed he never goes after the idol.

Also, medals cumulate even when you haven't used your kickback yet right? As in, you don't have to activate your kickback before your medal count starts up again right?

It is a 5-Disc CD Changer...with analog audio out (i.e. Red and White "stereo"). I got it for free from the school I work at -- since they no longer needed it. Barely been used too.

I last used it to play a random series of christmas music over the Holidays LOL.

You can hear it shuffling CD's, and it actually plays random songs across all 5 CD's -- pretty cool for its day.

Nope. They don't accumulate. Until you activate your kickback, the medal build up stays stagnant. Some kickbacks that give you an item (cluster bomb) can be stacked though. Activate, get a cluster bomb in inventory, build up medals, activate kickback, get ANOTHER cluster bomb in inventory for 2 to have for access. But, in those cases, death empties said inventory.

And I was wondering if it was just me that always happened to only have 1 medal stored up after using Quick Boom... Which sucks because I always look at the total number of medals I gained during the match after its over and its usually always at least a 3x multiple of 7 like 21, but I only recall usually only having two kickbacks available throughout the match. Even with Quick Boom, only 7 medals, I always end up saving it towards the end of a match, whether it be FFA or Plunder even if I unlock it halfway through or early on in the match. This is why I never use kickbacks like Mega/Cluster bomb. They're more of a one-time use kickback and I always feel like I'll waste it and they've got a high potential for unintentional team killing so I end up saving them for the end only to realize the game's over.

I could have sworn medals continued to accumulate even with a kickback available for all kickbacks during the Beta, was that changed?

They changed it midway through the Subway beta if I remember correctly.

Patch 1.03 contains the necessary technical hooks for the playing of upcoming DLC. Full details on the DLC content will be posted by January 17th.

Please note: Patch 1.03 must be downloaded in order to play the upcoming DLC via online or on LAN Party.

UPDATE:

We can make live updates on certain aspects of the multiplayer game and the following changes have been applied:

• - Creepy Crawler Kickback - now requires 17 medals to activate (previously 15 medals).
  
• - Quick Boom Kickback - now requires 10 medals to activate (previously 7 medals) and a 5 second decrease has been applied to its duration (now 15 seconds, previously 20 seconds)

We are working on balancing and tweaking other aspects of the multiplayer gameplay such as the FAL-SS and other elements. We'll have an update about upcoming changes as soon as we can make them available.
