Do those reviewers ever grade anything on half scale? I'm hoping the PQ is a 4.5 at least.

"But even some of these grain-lovers might be surprised by just how pervasive it becomes in some low-light scenes - especially those inside the control room when the lights have powered down, where it is so heavy it often obscures fine detailing altogether."
I hate when reviewers say crap like this, because it makes it sound like grain is some kind of layer of crap over the image you can just remove and yield a pristine picture. It is as nonsensical as saying that the pixels in a low-resolution picture "obscure" resolution. No, it's just not there. |

thanks for the link! This is the Blu-ray I have been waiting for and wanting the most since I switched to Blu-ray over 4 years ago! I have even held off on watching the movies so that when I get the Blu-ray it will be like watching them for the first time again. Well except the original in which I have memorized backwards and forwards since I watched it soo many times as a kid
This is going to be AWESOME!!! p.s. I have only changed my Avatar twice since I joined. First one was the original Jp logo and then when I found out about the Blu-ray release I put up the mock picture instantly John 3:16 I do Blu!100+ Blu-rays and counting... 40" Samsung 1080P LNT4061F, 23" Samsung HD Monitor, 22" Acer HD Monitor (dual monitor setup) :) Sony STR-DG920, Polk Monitor 50 x2, Polk Monitor 40 x4, Polk CS2, BIC VK-12 500GB Slim PS3, Intel i7 Desktop with Blu-ray burner, Halo 3 Xbox 360, Wii |
