At a guess, that'll be HMV.

HMV have a couple special editions of some releases which has the included the "Little White Lies" magazine. Don't quote me but I think the releases of The Road, and Let The Right One In. Basically it's been the normal release with this little magazine on the back.

The mini-version of LWLies is usually to be found in the lobbies of decent independent cinemas. I picked up a copy of that particular one at the Curzon Soho a few months ago. The regular LWLies magazine can be found in most decent WH.Smiths as well as art galleries, independent cinemas and in some HMV's. This months issue revolves around Another Earth, and its pretty great (and I'm not just saying that because I write for them!).

Interestingly Icon have announced today that they're pulling out of the distribution game. Not sure if this will affect this release.

I'm not going to miss them tbh. They stuffed up Buried's Blu-ray release last year, and showed a complete disregard for both the film and their customers over it. Similarly the stubborn attitude of Icon over The Tree Of Life earlier this year meant that we were delayed in seeing it.

They released it with a zoomed in 16:9 picture (I think it was the TV version) compared to the OAR of 2.35:1 and didn't seem to give a toss, when they should have recalled the BD's or offered a replacement program for those interested.

Lionsgate have this morning confirmed they are to remake Drive with Jason Van Statham and 4 followups (and 1 prequel set in outerspace and all in Mega3D®) are planned).

Any ideas for Lionsgate's new artwork?

That must be The Transporter/Transformers/Crank crossover movie I've heard nothing about! I think it's called Transplanters, the Stath is given a Transformer heart (I'm thinking it's going to be be from one of those annoying twins from the 2nd movie) to save his life after been run over by a Decepticon (whilst he was delivering an explosive pizza: Very Spicy!), now our iconic (and Bionic) hero must deliver 15 pizza's in 90 minutes before his wife melts (she may or may not be an ice-cream, all right she's Mrs Whippy) all over the front seat of Optimus Prime (who's forgotten to turn on the AC!). Directed by Michael Bay's Dog Stylist Maurice's... mastiff.

Oddly enough the critic success of Drive may have pushed The Fall Guy movie into production. I think the studios will have more driving in that one though.
