Sony PS3 3D monitor - Page 2 - Blu-ray Forum

I just ordered this from Best Buy. The sale with the PS3 for only $100 was the what made me decide to get it. The PS3 will be a Christmas present, so for only $100 it was an awesome deal. Plus, you can order an additional pair of glasses for only $25. They are supposed to be universal, so I should be able to use them with my Panasonic.

BTW, even though it doesn't come with a remote, it has an IR sensor. The PS3 media remote controls the monitor straight out of the box.

I'm still trying to figure that out. It doesn't seem to work for mine. But sometimes when I turn on my Sony TV with its remote, the PS3 3D display turns on momentarily until it figures out there is no signal coming to it and then shuts off.

Does anyone have any experience with this as a PC monitor? How does it look for business purposes (ie. powerpoints, word, internet browsing)? And also gaming like WoW?

This sucker is $299 at BB and I have $150 in rewardzone certificates. I don't want to waste them though.
