If this is of a similar quality to the Stone Cold Steve Austin BD then I will buy it. I don't generally like to buy career retrospectives before someones career is over but Triple H is my favourite wrestler so I'll make an exception.

i'll hold out for a CM Punk blu-ray.
side note, how is it watching these matches with the bars on the side of the screen. and lately has the WWE been blurring out all the WWF logos still? and changing theme music.

If this is as good as Stone Cold's recent BD I'll get it.
Considering Paul's HUGE ego I'm suprised at the lack of a stellar set for himself. He does have enough power and influence at the WWE to get one made and released at the drop of a hat doesn't he? I wonder how many DVD discs it'll consist of? 4 to equal Stone Cold's? 8 to satisfy his ego? More? Less?

Personally, I'd love to see his 3 Stages of Hell match with SCSA....now that was a fine, brutal, hard-fought match between the both of them from beginning to end.... I'd really dig hearing about his thoughts on the "Power Trip" tag-team he potentially had going with SCSA... He was my fav for the longest time, though I know he's rather hated for backstage politics and such.... No denying he's a great wrestler though...

I read last night that their will be no doc on his release just matches and his thoughts about each one and it will be only a 2-disc set if that is true than I don't really see the point of releasing this http://www.wwedvdnews.com/wwe-triple...details/19219/

the Stone Cold DVD is fabulous. I liked the Randy Orton too.
This ***hole has helped ruin the business, a good-for-nothing, out for himself manipulator. NO THANKS to this one. |

Almost all of Triple H's big matches and moments have been released in previous DVD sets. Only big one that has yet to be released is the 60 minute Iron Man with Rock. Also the Iron man with Benoit from RAW which will probably never see the light of day on DVD/Blu-ray. Finally got a chance to watch the Austin doc and it was just amazing! was hoping HHH would have something similar since he has had a long career and would be interesting to hear him talk about his time in WCW and during the attitude era.

According to WWEDVDNews.com, the Triple H DVD/Blu-ray is supposedly cancelled;
http://www.wwedvdnews.com/wwe-triple...ncelled/19747/ That sucks! i guess they are going to wait it out til he gets in the Hall of Fame and put out a definitive collection like Stone Cold with a full documentary.

No doc no buy. Seeing Paul (HHH) tell his entire career for an hour plus 2 dozen matches and extras would make a perfect 3-disc set. From the time he debuted in 1995 as the Blue Blood up until he gets inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame...every stage and gimmick of his career needs to be on it. Besides everything he did as far as backstage politics and somewhat ruining the business...he's another good wrestler who no doubt needs a worthy bluray set.
