Vanns.com Customer Service and my Plasma - Blu-ray Forum

I ordered a 51d6500 from vanns.com last week. I have ordered about 5 tvs and not to mention speakers and other stuff. I got the plasma in last friday and was going to mount it Saturday in our bedroom. The bezel had been broken and the screen cracked on delivery. Talked to a manager today and they are going to return the busted tv and they are giving me a 51d7000 in its place. It is about a $300+difference and I was amazed at their cust service. It is a hassle to re box and send the other back but it was totally worth it!!

I ordered my Bose V35 thru Vann's and all went well. The shipment eta wasn't given promptly, but overall a good experience.

I've purchased a pair of Boston Acoustics Tower Speakers from Vanns, and I was very satisfied with their service overall. I will be ordering more merchandise from them in the future. They're highly recommended!
