LG 47LW6500 vs Sony KDL46NX720 - Blu-ray Forum

Looking to get a tv asap. I have been looking at these 3 different sets. I live the LG b/c of the cheap glasses, I have always been a fan of Sony but couldn't really afford one, and I have had Samsung in the past.

well at bestbuy the 46nx720 has gone down to 999.99 indefinitely or till they sell through their instore and warehouse stock

nice. .My step dad liked this tv (46nx720) and he was going to get it when he comes back from vacation for $1150 or whatever it was. Wonder if I should place the order fror him or this price is staying this low.

Edit: Is there a new model coming out soon? I like the 55nx720 but wont be buying for a few months still.

LG's has horrible black levels.
