I haven't seen this in a loooong time, but remember liking it. Nice to see WB continue with the Eastwood catalog releases. Now if Universal would get off their ass and release High Plains Drifter.

Conan: To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women.

I'm definitely in for this one as well, I've always loved the production design and cinematography almost more than the story itself.

Eastwood's truly last great film imo. Everything else after that is mostly garbage or mediocre.

YOWZA ! I was just thinking about this film the other day. It always comes to mind for me whenever I read one of the "What Films Do You Wanna See Released on Blu-Ray ?" threads.

Does this mean that Rollerball (1975) is coming to Blu-Ray too ?

What the hell is the connection between A Perfect World and Rollerball?
"First, ye rubs somethin' furry t'builds up a charge...then ye picks yer target...!"

Selling two $5.00 Atom movie tickets for The Hitman's Bodyguard for $2.00 apiece, or both for $3.50. Will also trade both for any movie cash ticket good up to $10.00.

I didn't like it the first time around a few years ago. I'll pick this up and give it another go.

Clint Eastwood made some good movies since A Perfect World. Gran Torino, Bridges of Madison County, and Million Dollar Baby were good movies.

A Perfect World holds a special place for me because not only is it a good movie, it was filmed in Austin and the Texas Hill Country, where I was living in the early to mid-1990s. My friends and I saw this in the theater multiple times. All those familiar Hill Country locations! To see them in the movie was just awesome.
