Does anyone know if there was a recall on The Muppets Take Manhattan and Muppets in Space? I am having problems with both of them not loading. I have also tried them in multiple blu ray players with the same problem.

Since I purchased them months ago - my return time has expired. I wish I tested them right away!! Anyway - it's strange that its happening with both of them - in multiple players - plus they came out at exact same time

So - I am wondering if anyone has heard about this same issue with the two movies. If so - have you heard about an exchange program? I am at a loss as I am now stuck with them - not working.

I have both of them and they both play flawlessly.

I had a similar problem with District 9, and it ended up I just needed to update my firmware. Have you tried that? It's an easy thing to forget to do.

Thanks Tyler - I have not updated that in a little while however it hasnt been that long. Plus they are not working in another new player as well so I was thinking that wasnt it. Let me try doing that anyways! Thanks !!!

On my player, I put in the disc then it loads then a little icon pops up that says "3D BD" (I'm guessing it means 3D blu-ray, but my player isn't 3D enabled) and so it usually has a black screen or a frozen sony logo, I press skip and takes me straight to the menu - the movie plays w/o any problem.
