Can anyone confirm if the Alliance Blu-ray is open-matte like the Canadian DVD or the original theatrical 2.35:1?

The back cover scan (which I shamelessly stole from iNetVideo) claims the Blu-ray is in 2.35:1 with the bundled DVD being the old open-matte edition.
