All. Frigging. RIGHT! One of Ridley Scott's more underrated films, and the ancient, non-anamorphic DVD is in desperate need of overhauling. I just worry that the $9.99 MSRP means no extras.

It's a shame that this movie is so obscure. It's a good film and Bridges, as always, is terrific. Excellent cinematography, too.

I saw this on HDNet last year and the PQ was an amazing improvement over the lackluster DVD. The price is so good that this would make a great blind-buy for people who haven't seen it.

That 2.0 audio on the Mill Creek sell sheet has to be an error. They even list D.O.A. and New York Stories as being 5.1 and they weren't originally (glad to see Mill Creek is finally using 5.1 audio tracks.. now just need to get them to try and port of extras.. though adding theatrical trailers is new).

I've only seen this film in a terrible 4x3 ratio DVD with terrible quality. Looked like a low budget, 90s made-for-TV movie when I know it's not! Will rent this if it comes to the UK, very underrated and unfortunately forgotten.

I hope it hits the UK soon too! And whilst they're at it, we need all the rest of Ridley Scott's films.
Old powers waken. Shadows stir. An age of wonder and terror will soon be upon us, an age of gods and heroes.

Was wondering the other day if/ when this was going to get released.
Will wait for a review first (and confirmation of region code) before buying.

What a surprise! I actually imported Japanese R2 DVD years ago because R1 DVD is not 16X9... interested to see how much the PQ improve of this release.
Definitely an underrated R Scott film.

Aren't Mill Creek licensing these out from Disney?

It's Disney's fault.

Probably what the DVD has and if I remember it had a short featurette. I hope it comes with more. I have been wanting this one. I like the story. This will be a day 1 buy for me.
