Well, because they offered to give me a refund of the price difference (& 10% off coupon I used on the previous order) + handling fee.

And I'm not in a hurry anyway because I have tons of movies to catch up on.

I'm waiting for this from importcds as well. It took a couple weeks but they did get me Once Upon A Time in Antolia.

Hmmm, it seems like they are out of stock already and my copy didn't get sent, so they must have a huge backlist of orders. I hope they don't cancel my order, as I would like to get the price I paid for it during the sale, and the discount in postage.

Wtf, importcds cancelled my order and didn't even tell me or give my money back until I e-mailed them and asked where the heck my movie is. Now I have to do some BS to get it at that price. Think I'm just going to order it from Amazon.

Yup, I got the exact same email for my Anatolia order as well and I had to reorder both Turin Horse and Anatolia...

No doubt mine got cancelled as well. But rather strange I didn't get a ship notice when the second box of my order went out about a week or so ago. Did for the initial shipment.

Just checked, as opposed to the other day when order was "partially shipped", with 3 still to go, it's now "complete", with the same 3 still to go, one being The Turin Horse.

Not really that impressed with importcds, gotta say. (But haven't been with deepdiscount or dvdplanet for quite some time either, so...)

So far, I've never had a problem getting shipping conf emails but yeah, they should at least send a notification when an order is cancelled.

I used paypal and they didn't even give my money back until i said something. They cancelled it and were going to keep the money.
