I hate the 80's-early 90's WCW stufff (I hate WCW in general) but I love their cruiserweights and luchadors. worth paying full price for those guys alone.

never was big on WCW so unless they re-release Rise and Fall of WCW or Monday Night Wars I'll pass on just about everything WCW.

You should get this. Some great and classic matches on this set. When WWF was doing gimmicks, WCW was doing some serious wrestling.

WCW/NWA was just amazing in the late 80s - early 90s in terms of wrestling.

Just awesome matches like Steamboat/Flair, Flair/Funk, Wargames, classic tag team matches, etc.

Most of their best ppvs IMO were during that time...whereas when they were going to head-to-head with WWE in the mid-90s, they had many forgettable ppvs with maybe 1 or 2 matches that were the highlights, with majority of them being the cruiserweights.

I hope WWE releases Best of Wargames...that was an awesome original concept by WCW. I remember HHH pitched the idea to Vince to have Wargames at Survivor Series 2002 but he refused and thus created the Elimination Chamber.

It was only the dvd version and not blu. But it was two matches on disc 3,
Midnight Express vs The Fantastics (3-27-88)
Hogan vs Flair (8-15-96)
