speaker hunting - Page 2 - Blu-ray Forum

Hi i am back! Sorry I have not been on in a few days. Semp1 hit it on nose. I would like a kick ass 7 speakers for like 2 grand that would sound like a 5 grand system. Like my HSU sub for an example. I could order all of HSU speaker I think for under 2 grand, but I think I noted up top that I want towers, and they do not offer them. But, the reviews I read on them are really good.

If worse come to worse I can always go the route of buying pairs in increments.

I just came across that aperion link on hi-def digest website, thanks for all your input though guys!

I hope for the next blu ray iphone app update they can allow you to forums like the AVS app does.

Also, I was just wondering. When you go the extra mile for 9 speakers. Does the 8,9 speaker have to be bookshelf? dipole? Bipole? Quadsound, etc?

This is for the dolby z sound field.

I hear EmpTek's are nice but haven't had a chance to listen to them myself. I recall there was a sale on the towers, but not sure if it's still going on. You may want to look them and see what they have on offer and if they would suit your needs or taste.
What iPhone do you have? On my iPhone 4 I have the Tapatalk app that works nice for posting pics in threads on here(I just hope the recent update fixes the picture quailty a bit). Otherwise I just have the actual site bookmarked on the Safari browser.

hey thanks dark, for the link. I having the iphone 4s. But i am using laptop now. i was just saying i hope for future update to their app that you can you use the forum as well instead of just add movies.

Yeah adding that feature to the app would be a nice touch.
