Default Classical Music on Blu-ray: Your Recommendations

I predominately listen to classical music on CD/SACD/Vinyl. I've had one or more Blu-ray players since 2006 but haven't purchased anything musical on Blu-ray. For whatever reason I felt uncomfortable about "watching" a performance even though my Boyfriend and I go to recitals, ballet, the opera etc regularly.

I have been been persuaded to try out music Blu-rays recently by the glowing reviews I've read online and in magazines. Would you please recommend your favourite performances on Blu-ray be they classical, opera or ballet.

I think it would be best not to give a list of my likes and dislikes as doing so may limit the recommendations. I do not mind what you list if it is not to my liking then I would not buy it.

I am interested in Strauss/ Ravel: Jurowski (Metamorphosen/ Piano Concerto/ Bourgeois Gentilhomme) - Hélène Grimaud & the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. Link

It's not a new release, I was wondering if anyone has seen or heard it, is it worth the price? I'm obviously new to music on Blu-ray and with prices like that I would expect SACD quality. How does Blu-ray compare to SACD?
