Deep Rising would be cool, only if Mill Creek does a plausible job though

I'd be up for a Blu-Ray of Mr. Destiny. I don't think I've seen any of the other films.

One Good Cop ... I always liked that one. I'm down for that blu if Mill Creek proceeds.

I'd love to see DR on blu. I'm actually one of the few folks who saw it during it's theatrical run.

Would love to see Summer of Sam released on blu in US. This of course is a rather grainy problematic film for HD release if in the wrong hands could be a huge dissapointment.
Stop the Replacing of original Studio Opening / Closing logos! These are becoming endangered and should be kept intact. They are part of film history.

Deep Rising is a film I'll always remember as one of the last movies I ever saw at a Times Square grindhouse just before it closed for good in 1998. I don't even remember what it's like to go to a single-screen theater anymore but I vividly recall that experience.

I actually got rid of the old DVD months ago in anticipation of a Mill Creek release. I knew it was just a matter of time. Even if they don't do a top-notch job with the Blu-ray, anything is better than that non-anamorphic DVD.

I was acutally quite pleased with how "Indian Summer" looked, it wasn't much for extras though. I can't wait for Mr. Destiny. If I had kids the ernest movies would so be a buy.

Having just watched Sommers' The Mummy recently, I'm dying to have Deep Rising on Blu. If Mill Creek can put out a version as good as what they did with Terminal Velocity and White Squall then I'll be happy.

D.O.A. looks great for what it is, though the color timing has been boosted towards magenta.

Default Blaze -Paul Newman on Blu?

I'm hoping Mill Creek will release Blaze with Paul Newman and
Billy Bathgate with Dustin Hoffman on Blu. I really was pleased with Marrying Man and New York Stories. Keep em coming!

Please Mill Creek, make Deep Rising happen soon. The dvd was lackluster at best. This movie NEEDS a HD presentation. Need more HD Famke Janssen now.

I've literally never heard of any of those, or at least have no memory of them. Looking on rotten tomatoes they don't look too promising!!! Seems like it's really scraping the bottom of the barrel of 80's and 90's releases.

Hopefully this isn't indicative of what Sony is giving to Mill Creek. Kind of curious if they have better access to titles and those are the ones Mill Creek actually CHOSE, or if their deal is just limited to crap. But if this is all Sony is giving up, WTF are they doing with their own schedule of catalogue titles?

edit: i guess not all of those are Sony titles since this is the Hollywood/Touchstone thread.
