No. It's with the alternate/deleted scenes on the 2D disc. Seems that the BBFC listings that have been around for weeks were accurate except for the length of some of the extras and scenes. Now we know what it on which disc.

Thanks for taking the time to post that. Quick question though, how do you know that the bonus disc is exclusive to the 3D release? I have the UK 3D+2D blu pre-ordered anyway, but I'm curious.

Same question, more or less, is the exclusive content from the 3D collector's set only in 3D (I mean, will I be able to watch the extras on regular 2D tv/blu-ray player).

I pre-ordered that set cause it was actually cheaper on amazon.ca than the regular blu-ray/dvd set. It would suck not to be able to enjoy the extras...

The bonus disc is 3D exclusive for the intended market of the releases I have (which is Northern Europe). I would expect it also applies to the UK and US, as I haven't seen any listings that differ, but that's not to say there could be other disc combinations than the 2-disc and 4-disc.

The source of information on the contents of each release is Fox Home Entertainment. The info is supplied to Foxconnect (part of Fox Home Entertainment) and other retailers. There is probably a UK version of Foxconnect.com that you could check.

I pre-ordered that set cause it was actually cheaper on amazon.ca than the regular blu-ray/dvd set. It would suck not to be able to enjoy the extras...

The bonus disc will be a regular 2D blu-ray but like some Disney titles it seems Fox has chosen to include the bonus disc only with the 3D release, I have no need for 3D so will just sell that disc and keep the 2D film and bonus disc, will probably end up cheaper than buying just the 2D release.

GOOD LORD....that is one awesome list of special features! While I do wish the deleted scenes would be able to be viewed in the actual 3D movie, it's great to have them on the release as well as the huge list of extras. I'm not leaving my theater room for a full day once this bad boy arrives.

The UK is getting same covers as US.

Sadly I doubt the steelbook will contain the same artwork as the 3D standard release.
I think its a bit lazy of Fox to use the poster art for the steelbook.

I want every/all special features that I can get. Can I just buy the 3d version and that's it?
Or do I have to buy the 2d ALSO because it has something the 3d doesn't?
