I have the "Road to Perdition" red slip cover. I still have my original "Benjamin Button" blu-ray with slip cover, the new red slip cover one looks ugly. Also based on my "Road to Perdition" case and memory of the rest of the ones they had the Wal-Mart Paramount red covers are simply slip covers, they don't open up like Best Buy's "Saturday Night Fever" slip case cover.

For those who care here's an image. Seems the 6/19/12 Wal-Mart exclusives of re-issues are all the original discs but with a red slip cover that does not open up like Universal's re-issues do.
These titles include: - A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) - The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button - Minority Report - Road To Perdition |

It appears Wal-Mart is being cheap and only using cheap thin slip cases, do all of Best Buy's exclusives have the front opening with the Velcro circle that snaps it open & close that includes movie info?

I agree I don't love how they look but I guess they pop off the shelf visually and stand out.. Universal doing a much better job, obviously.

Not sure if I can agree with you on the AA gold slips. Yes they are cool to collect and to have but they were a pain in the ass to find a minty AA gold slipcovers. Because of how fragile they were. Same goes for these Paramount 100th Anniversary slips. |
