Hey guys I missed out on this deal. However there is a third party seller on Amazon with a selling price of $275+$30 Shipping with the following notation.

Quote:
Factory sealed with full warranty. Sold in pairs and shipped within 24hrs of purchase.
Is this for real or a trap? I would really like to get these speakers but not for $400. Here is the link to the storefront. Also can you guys please share some photos of these speakers? I would like to see how big they are. Thanks

Hey they are not close ups on the speakers or anything but I do have a pair of these in my HT setup pics if you want to see them. They have the dust covers on. In those pictures the center channel is a infintity as well. I hope that helps a bit.

That seller rating is more telling to me. I'd be cautious. Reading the item listing and description, it is 275$ per speaker, and they only sell two speakers at a time. If you are buying in the short term [as in before the 30th], check out Crutchfield, they have them on sale for 200$ / unit with free shipping.

And while I have a picture of them, it's terribad picture , look at previous posters' HT .

I really need to clean up the wiring

Hey just curious. It looks like you plugged the port hole. Why did you do that? What difference did it make? I read it may make the sound extend deeper but if you have a good sub why would you need to do that?

Picked up a second set along with Underworld awakening!

Already had a pair for fronts and now I am going to use the new ones for added rears and finally have 7.1. Figured it would be perfect to demo it with the highly rated 7.1 track that is found in Underworld awakening.

Nah I haven't plugged the port. I plan one day on adding more insulation inside (especially on the bottom of the cabinet because Infinity didn't put much in and especially after reading the audioholics review I really think I should put more in).

Tru-Way - nice! My 2nd set of towers that I got are in my bedroom as fronts, replacing my old little Klipsch ref rb10 bookshelves and with 2 subs and the towers now my bedroom 9.2 sounds delicious

Hey has anybody used Banana plugs with these. In the review at Audioholics it says they are hard to get out. I was wondering how difficult it actually is. I have never used banana plugs right now I am using bare wires, but I am in the middle of upgrading everything and I am gonna be changing my wires and using banana plugs. Also what is the best tool to use to pop out the plugs on the back of speakers, receivers, and amps.

Thanks in advance.
