don't know how many i've purchased so far this year, but i got my first blu-ray player for xmas in 2010, so the number of titles in my collection so far divided up over the past 18 months averages out to about 1 movie every 2 days... my g/f isn't quite as pleased as i am...

This year I have been keeping track

So far this year, I'm up to 79 as of yesterday and 78 DVDs in six months. That's about 13.1677- a week!
Pretty sure that's a huge increase over last year. I'm expecting this year I'll buy around 130. Disney will add many titles to my collection. BB's T&S offer is when I add nonstop BDs to my collection my remove many DVDs from it as well. Can't wait for the next T&S

Just a few for me. Nothing so far this year yet, but I will be picking up the US and Futureshop Avengers, Cabin in the Woods, and the Universal Monster set. Still undecided on either waiting or buying ST TNG 1.

If Space 1999 2 pops up this year, definite buy. Otherwise, everything else can wait

I'm guessing I have 50 or so new blurays this year ... and counting, with lots of the year left. Way more than I expected to buy. It's very hard to resist with so many great deals popping up.

Probably around 150 so far this year and probably another 150 before years end.

I've lost count on how many I bought this year. But I plan on buying around 60-75 more titles by the end of the year.

How many have you bought this year? I have no way of telling for certain. But, I can tell you that it is most likely in the neighbourhood of TOO MANY.

I honestly can't remember the exact number. I started collecting BDs in May of 2008 so that would be an average just under 200 per year.
