Japan Pokemon movies on Blu-Ray

Finally, the classic Pokemon movies get Blu releases. Granted, not as good for fans of the dub, but great news for fans of the Japanese original Sad Pichu & Pikachu isn't included, but it's still great to see these films on Blu, especially Mewtwo's Counterattack and Latios & Latias, both which I recommend.
"Upconversion, HA! You can keep your upconversion myself i will go for the true 1080p versions."

"This bickering is pointless. Lord Mouse will provide Fox with the terms of the cross-company home release by the time the new trilogy is operational. They will then crush the 2011 Blu-ray release with one swift stroke"

I once was channel surfing and I saw that a Pokemon movie was playing on tv. And the TV guide on my cable listed this movie as 4 out of 4 stars???

To non-Pokemon fans, are there really any Pokemon movies that are that good?

Well, I think you have to "know" Pokemon to appreciate them. My daughter is the reason I have watched them. With that said and as one who isn't fanatical, I like "Pokemon 4Ever" and the first one (I think), the one with Mew and Mewtwo (sp). The latter sports a wonderful score. Really. The former has a good time travel story and a better than average "creature." The Australian blu-rays for the more recent Arceus and Zoroark films look great, and those tales are decent, but I can't say I would watch them without my daughter's insistence.
