I know it's so cliche but Beaches is one of those movies that always makes me sad... I love it. Hopefully "The Rose" will follow suit

Reese Witherspoon is anything but America's Sweetheart. I've known that since 1999 and Cruel Intentions. And this is not her ex Ryan Phillipe.
I much prefer Sarah Michelle Gellar on a personal level and I hated Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Reese is falsified nice. Its an act as she can be the vulture from the beach... |

Hmm... I'm not sure if I should buy this one. I liked it a lot when the movie came out because I was very much into Josh Lucas at the time. Not so much now, so I'm not sure if I'll enjoy this movie today.
All right, look if you absolutely have to tell her the truth, at least wait until the timing's right. And that's what deathbeds are for.

I know there was a sequel to Beaches in book form, but I've never heard of a movie. I wish they would've used the original DVD cover for the Blu (the one with the piano). Day one purchase for me!
ETA: I think the poster meant that they watched Beaches TWO years ago, not Beaches 2. |
