Default Red Lights - October 2, 2012

I didn't see a thread, so here it is:

http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Red-Lights-Blu-ray/51797/

I had this on my list to buy because I'm a big De Niro fan, but I was searching exclusives on Best Buy and they have one listed for this:

I registered just to write here...

This is a Spanish film shot mostly in spanish locations simulating it was done in USA.

Just like for example Crhistian Bale's The Machinist (entirely shot in Barcelona).

But, that is not important, the strenghts of the movie are acting and screenplay.

It's been written and directed by Rodrigo Cortés, mostly known thanks his previous film "buried", which should be enough reason to check "Red Lights".

The film is ambiguous and makes you think, something very unpopular these times in Hollywood, you know.

There is a struggle between faith and science and the ending will challenge you.

I'll make a bet:

If you loved LOST you will like this movie, If you hated it you wont.

Give it a try!

I hated Lost, but loved Red Lights!

Watched it earlier after ordering it based on the trailer.

Really liked the story/idea, and a very interesting turn of events in the film.

Highly recommended!!!

I liked this movie. For those that haven't seen it, it's a safe blind buy.

But I would not read too much of the summary/conclusion as I think the reviewer reveals abit too much. Would recommend ppl go to youtube and watch the trailer instead. If you think it looks good from trailer I think you will like it..

I know I'm reviving a dead thread but I just had to say this movie was great.with the exception of seeing a trailer,it was a complete blind buy.I picked it up used for $8.99 at Movie Stop.I'm hoping a lot of people will give it a try,I don't think you'll be disappointed. acting, writing and directing is just awesome.
