Default The Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episodes

I really wish they release a collection with every Halloween Episodes (Treehouse of Horror) from The Simpsons.

I love the show, but I'm not buying the neverending seasons colection! But I would be very interrested in buying the Halloween Specials!

They released a DVD in 2003 with only four episodes (kind of wird IMO) :

Simpsons, The - Treehouse of Horror (1994-2001)- Treehouse of Horror V (10/30/1994)
- Treehouse of Horror VI (10/29/1995)
- Treehouse of Horror VII (10/27/1996)
- Treehouse of Horror XII (11/6/2001)

They now have 23 Halloween Specials (Link) so it could be a nice Blu-ray set!

Maybe once the show's concluded, but I don't see them doing it now, especially when they know there's gonna be a few more Halloween specials in the upcoming seasons. Why release an incomplete set?

I don't see the show being cancelled anytime soon... So they coluld release a big box-set first, and a disc with 4 episodes every four years.

I missed a couple of episodes in the past and unless I download them, I feel like I'll never see them!

They should do Vol. 1 with Specials 1-10, Vol. 2 with Specials 11-20, and hold off on Vol. 3 until they get another 10 Halloween Specials or the show ends and they could just put the remaining ones on and release a complete collection. The early specials were the best anyway. iTunes has a couple volumes of Treehouse of Horror, but they're random and out of order like that DVD was, and they're missing some. I'd like to get all of them, and in order.

Bingo. This would be the best thing to do.

I would love to purchase this, and I think a lot of other fans would as well. These episodes are often some of the best the series ever produced.

The 4 episode DVD thing is sort of a waste. I think 10 is the smallest they should do. They could easily release

Vol. 1 2013 Halloween 1-10
Vol. 2 2014 Halloween 11-20

and in 2015, they would be airing their 27th Halloween special so they could just wait a few more years or so.
