As confirmed by Cliff, the only extra will be a commentary by director Terence Winkless.

I never owned it until I get this Blu Ray edition. Its a great film for us B Bug movie lovers...I think the man size roach inspired the man size Fly in the Cronenberg remake

DVD Beaver review - screenshots look pretty strong, although there aren't any comparison shots from the DVD.

The DVD was 1.33:1, so this is pretty much guaranteed to be better.

It would be great to have The Terror Within on Blu-ray, too. The second part was so bad.

Very positive about the transfer, but what's up with only one star for the extras? I could see assigning that rating if the commentary was a lousy one, but Liebman praises it:

By the why, do we really need combo editions? I'd like to have a single blu-ray disc edition with some extras.
