Why no Baby Doll yet? I see it has been added to the blu-ray.com database though. These are some great films here though!
Blu-Ray Wish List: The Asphalt Jungle (1950), Out of the Past (1947), The Big Sleep (1946), High Sierra (1941), Maniac Cop 2 (1990), Chopping Mall (1986), Kill Baby Kill! (1966), Blood and Black Lace (1964), Dodsworth (1936), His Girl Friday (1940), Roman Holiday (1953), A Matter of Life and Death (1946).

Don't trust the database simply because a title is listed. Anyone can submit a title to the database and a lot of titles, with no release dates, have been added because individuals are hoping they will one day be released on blu-ray.

Well, that one is WB. They really need to release their own Kazan collection.Apart from Baby Doll they also have America America, Splendor in the Grass, A Face in the Crowd. At least East of Eden is coming.

Blu-ray Samurai

the problem most likely is that they just used the old dvd master for the bd.
Just like all the major studios, Fox goes all out on some releases--see Grapes of Wrath, How Green Was My Valley, but fails to create new masters for many other releases. that's the main reason you have all that baked in dnr; no way to get rid of it. just the way it goes sometimes with these lesser classics unfortunately. DVD beaver's "DNR? - It doesn't look like that to me." does seem to be contradicted by some of their screen captures, don't you think?
Blu-ray players : Sony BDP-S760 (region B) - Panasonic DMP-BD655 (region A). DVD player : Denon DVD-3930.
