My Neighbor Totoro Blu-ray

This is already being discussed in the Studio Ghibli thread, but My Neighbor Totoro is up for pre-order alongside Howl's Moving Castle with a release date of 5/21/13.

Going by chronology, that means Kiki for '14--Has that one come out on JP disk yet?

I wish these game in Vivas or Steelbooks! I'm still holding out for Kiki and Spirited Away...but Totoro is a definite!

Gah, I actually want both of these more than the 4 Criterions I want coming out in May. I'm probably in the minority, but I love Howl's Moving Castle out of all the Ghiblis, although I love the book a wee bit more. I'm a huge fan of Diana Wynne Jones, and although there are some major differences between the film and the book, they're not terrible ones like most film adaptations make. It's also one of the few dubs I like because of the fantastic cast:

Christian Bale
Jean Simmons
Lauren Bacall
Billy Crystal

Awesome news. Really need to revisit Howl's Moving Castle, and My Neighbor Totoro is one of my fave Miyazaki's. Hopefully Spirited Away and Princess Mononoke are in the foreseeable future.

Just bought the oop fox DVD with the original dub for my wife for valentines day. Unless they include that dub as well ill probably pass

Yes, wish they would release kiki as well, that's my favorite title from Studio Ghibli.
