Default Call of Juarez Gunslinger

Can't believe there wasn't a thread for this (or if there is I apologize as I couldn't find it). It is out now.

Reveal Trailer:

Launch Trailer:

It has been getting some good reviews and looks to be a fine arcade shotter.

i actually downloaded the demo, and being a fan of call of juarez:bound in blood, this was definitely a good one to visit.

theres a lot of comparison between the call of juarez:Bound in blood, with RDR but in my opinion both are two different angles on a western theme.

1. there are not that many western games out there, what more good ones.
2. ones a linear FPS, the other sandbox.

anyways, you can see how much i rabbled on RDR just to balance out opinions.

This was a good demo, and plan to purchase this later on. im still wondering tho if there would be a physical version, but highly doubt it. at $15 clams, its definitely worth it.

Played around 2 hours of this, and wow it is such a turn around from The Cartel (which was horrible). The game controls nicely, doesn't take itself seriously and is well worth picking up if all your wanting is some excellent arcade shooting. The score system reminds me quite a bite of Bulletstorm and I am just perplexed how good this is when the last game in the series sold as a full priced game and was so inescapably terrible.

I would strongly recommend checking this out (there is also a demo available).

I wish the cartel was never a part of the series. like a bad bad idea times two.

Seriously, this one definitely reminds me of the previous Bound in Blood game, but refined with the times. The controls during
[Show spoiler]quickdraws
are much better, but may leave a sour taste for those new to the concept.

I tried playing arcade, and that alone, is well worth it. the amazing part was that you can choose your 'shooting style' from the brawling close quarter shotgun toting big guy, the ranger, or the simple quick draw kid...

Anyways, i just wanted y'all to know that this one is well worth the money. A fun fun game for 15 clams.

*edit*

im editing my post instead of reposting and pretty much spamming this thread. the main update i have is that some areas, because of its cell shaded appearance (this is of course my view on it), may cause difficulty 'seeing' enemies. Being color blinded ive had times where id be squinting to see where the shots are coming from, despite the size of my television.

I guess thats the only qualm i have, and/or well, i wish it was on a physical disc.

Played demo and liked it. Probably end up getting it since it's only $15.

Playing RDR right now though.

Just finished playing it this weekend, it's a fun game but get repetitive after awhile. For 15.00 it was worth it.
